Boil the water in a pot, and add salt. Wash the spinach well and put into the pot from the roots. Blanch for about a minute. Then soak in cold water, and squeeze out the water, then cut to 5 cm lengths.

  • Slice the cabbage thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Leave for about 10 minutes. Wash and drain in a sieve and lightly squeeze out the water from the cabbage.

  • Combine the spinach and cabbage into a bowl with tuna.

  • Mix together with the ☆ ingredients.

  • Serve on a dish, season with black pepper if you like.
