Heat oil in a wide mouthed pan. Keep the flame on a low. Saute chopped garlic along with little of salt at first for a minute or two. Now add the snow peas as seen along with all the ingredients as mentioned.
Saute on a low to medium-high heat for the next 10-12 minutes. Keep stirring every now and then. Halfway through adjust in the rest of the ingredients like salt and pepper.
It gets done quickly. Give it a light mix after it’s all ready. It doesn’t require much time. Adjust salt and pepper according to one’s own taste. Check for it once before taking it off the heat.
Serve as it is for a yummy Brunch or a lovely mid day meal or even as a healthy snack. Enjoy! Yum!
