Skinny ranch dip is a lower-calorie, lower-fat version of your favorite creamy ranch dip. But don’t worry, it’s so yummy you won’t know the difference!
Our family goes through ranch dressing like it’s candy. Between the kids and me, we use it as a dip for everything from carrot sticks to quesadillas. Granted, not much beats the flavor of a good restaurant ranch, but I wanted something a bit healthier without sacrificing flavor. And I found it with this skinny ranch dip.
See that yummy rose-colored dip? That’s a variation using fresh salsa I call skinny creamy salsa dip. Mmm…
This skinny ranch dip takes your basic ranch dressing seasonings and combines them with low-fat sour cream and non-fat Greek yogurt. You can use non-fat sour cream for even fewer calories and less fat, but I’m just not a fan of that stuff.
This skinny ranch dip pairs extremely well with appetizers like mozzarella bites, loaded potato skins and southwest egg rolls. It also tastes delicious with sides like celery sticks, fresh broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
