  • 180 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 1 piece Salted salmon (cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ○ Sake
  • 2 tsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

    Flake the salted salmon and remove the skin and bones. Cut up the shirataki noodles, put in a pan with water and bring to a boil, then drain. Put the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and stir fry the shirataki noodles and salmon.

  • Add the ○ ingredients, and stir fry to evaporate the moisture.

  • Finished
