Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese- you can use fat free, 1 % or 2% low fat cottage cheese.
- 1 ( 11.5 oz.) bottle of Premier Protein Lemon Bar or Vanilla Shake or 2 cups Fairlife skim Milk
- 1 (1 oz.) box sugar free cheesecake or lemon pudding mix
- Fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
