If you are like me and want more protein, but also want more dessert, you must try this healthy 2 ingredient protein ice cream! It just has two ingredients. Protein powder and frozen bananas.
I drizzled some almond butter on top for flavor, but that is totally optional!

How to make this Banana Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream
To make this ice cream, I first froze a few bananas. I peeled them, cut them in half, and put them in a ziploc bag. After 1 day in the freezer, I took out one of the bananas, and threw it in my mini cuisinart with a scoop of protein powder. That’s it! No liquid and no other ingredients.
I blended the two until it was smooth. At this point, the ice cream was a bit runny because of the blending, so I put the finished blend back into the freezer. Not for very long. Maybe one hour or less. Just until it started to get more solid, but not too solid I couldn’t scoop it out.
Blend frozen banana with protein powder in a food processor.
Serve immediately, or refreeze until ready to serve.
