These frozen Greek yogurt bite really turned out super easy. And actually healthy and tasty too!

Ingredients for Protein Frozen Yogurt Bites:

These frozen yogurt protein bites are made with just 4 ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Here’s what it takes:

  • Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Vanilla Protein Powder to add sweetness. I use the whey-casein blend from Quest.
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced Banana

To make Protein Froyo Bites Vegan:

Use a plant-based protein powder (add some sweetener if it isn’t sweet enough) and coconut yogurt for a Vegan protein yogurt bites recipe.

How to make Blueberry Banana Frozen Yogurt Bites

Blueberry banana frozen yogurt bites are super easy to make; A one bowl recipe here!

  1. Mix protein powder and yogurt in a bowl.

    Be sure to taste and add sweetener if needed. I recommend stevia to keep the consistency of the batter in these protein froyo bites.
  1. Add in the sliced bananas and blueberries. Fold it.
  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  1. Make mounds of the mixture on sheet (I made 8).

  2. Freeze about 2-3 hours until frozen.
