These protein French Toast roll-ups might look intimidating, but the process to make them is very easy!
Cut the edge of the bread, and roll it out thin (with a rolling pin or even glass bottle!)
Make the filling: Mix all the ingredients () in a bowl.
Fill & Roll: Spread filling on sliced bread Place strawberries along short edge of bread on one end Roll up the bread rolls
Make egg mix: Whisk all ingredients for mix in bowl ()
Roll the rolls in the mix: Place roll in mixture and roll around to coat (let excess drip off)
Cook: Heat pan on medium low Grease pan (with oil spray or butter) Place roll on pan and fry each side 1-2 mins
Tips for French Toast Rolls with Protein Powder
Making these French Toast rolls with protein powder is super easy, but here’s some pointers so you can get it perfect!
Use a rolling pin to roll the bread flat so they are easier to roll up
Whisk the egg mixture to get rid of lumps or they’ll just stick on to the bread
Grease the pan so the roll ups come off easily
