My Go-To Low Calorie Big Mac Sauce Recipe (Just 29 Calories):

This low-calorie Big Mac sauce recipe is spot on to the stuff you’ll get at Mickey D’s – except, of course, it has way, way less calories. It’s a little tangy, a little creamy, a little sweet, and a lotta delicious! So, put it on some burgers, some chicken, or even salad – that’s one of my favorite ways to use it – and it’ll make whatever you put it on taste better – I guarantee it!

My Take On Low Calorie Big Mac Sauce

If you’re anything like me, you crave a classic McDonald’s Big Mac from time to time – that’s a big reason I make my famous Big Mac salad recipe so often. And, while there are a lot of great copycats out there of Mcdonald’s Big Mac sauce, none of those recipes have quite perfected a healthy version of it.

So, that’s exactly why I came up with this low calorie Big Mac sauce recipe. This healthy homemade version has all of the delicious flavors you love and expect from Mickey D’s classic sauce, just without all of the unnecessary sugar, carbs, and calories.

In fact, there are only 29 calories and 1g of sugar per serving. That means you can feel good about smothering this sauce all over anything and everything.

Joe Tip (kind of like a “pro tip” but better): As I mentioned earlier, I love putting this stuff on my Big Mac salads when I make ’em, but it’s also delicious on these crispy chicken tenders, this turkey burger recipe, and this cheeseburger skillet casserole. So, don’t sleep on using it on/in those recipes and other ones.
