Meal Prep: It’s not all together easy meal prepping eggs, but you could crack the eggs and add all of the ingredients to a jar and whisk together. Then cover and cook the next day. Storage: Any leftovers can be stored for later. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Not great in the freezer. Reheating: To reheat, microwave for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
