3large eggs whites and yolks separated
⅛teaspooncream of tartar
⅓cup0% Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 300° degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
With a countertop mixer or handheld mixer whip the egg whites & cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
In a separate large bowl mix egg yolks and greek yogurt until smooth.
To the egg yolks gently fold in 1 cup of the egg white mixture until well combined. Then add the remaining egg whites and fold in until just until combined.
Divide the batter into 6 equal portions on the prepared baking sheet. Then spread out until about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and immediately move to a wire rack and cool completely for at least 60 minutes.
