This Low Calorie Butter Recipe is just 35 calories per tablespoon (regular butter is 102 calories per tablespoon!) Plus, it’s spreadable, and great for all your butter needs.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
1 stick softened butter (salted or unsalted)
½ cup olive oil
1 cup cold water

Prep: Whip your butter as directed (instructions in next section) then scoop into a jar, or butter mold and chill. Fridge Storage: Will hold in the fridge for a month. Freezer Storage: Scoop into butter molds (see below for link) and chill. Then pop out of the casing and wrap in parchment paper. Place parchment paper wrapped sticks of butter into a freezer bag or container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
