  • 60 grams oat meal
  • 1/4 liter water or milk
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 banana

    Boil water in a pot, add some cinnamon

  • Cut the banana into little peaces

  • When the water has boiled add the oat meal and the bananas (or whatever fruits you prefer)

  • If you don’t mind the calories, you can also add raisins and chocolate chips ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Let it cook until the water has been completely soaked up (it usually takes about 10 minutes on medium heat)
