Creamy Blueberry And Avocado Pops:
- 2 avocados, pitted
- 1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
- 10 soft dates, pitted
- 1 c. milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. nut butter of choice (optional)
- Step 1In a blender, puree avocados, blueberries, dates, milk, and lime juice until smooth.
- Step 2Divide mixture among 10 ice pop molds, and top each with 1 Tbsp nut butter (if using).
- Step 3Insert the sticks, pushing nut butter into the middle of the mold; freeze until solid, about 8 hours.
