  • 2 teaspoons agar powder
  • 1 cup water (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons low-calorie sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk (250 ml)
  • 2 cups cooked red beans
  • Prepare the equipment. Soak the agar powder in water for 20 minutes.

  • Boil the agar mixture until it thickens. Add sugar, salt, and coconut milk, stirring to combine.

  • Drain the red beans well.

  • Add the red beans to the agar mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

  • Spoon the jelly and red beans into prepared cups, filling them almost to the top. Let the jelly set for 50 minutes before serving.
