Remove the riced cauliflower from the processor and place into a large skillet pan.

Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
fresh lime juice from 2 small limes
Directions:
Remove the leaves from the head of cauliflower. Cut the head of cauliflower in half. Cut off the core of the cauliflower. Place half the cauliflower florets into a food processor or blender and pulse until it’s into small bits.
Remove the riced cauliflower from the processor and place into a large skillet pan. Process the other half of the cauliflower and place into large skillet.

Toss until well combined. Garnish with fresh lime and cilantro, if desired.
Notes:
You can substitute the head of cauliflower for fresh prepackaged riced cauliflower or frozen riced cauliflower. If using frozen riced cauliflower let it thaw out completely, then pat dry with a paper towel to get most of the water out-before adding to the skillet to prevent sogginess.
