Heat oil in a a pan. Saute garlic with onions. Next, add the capsicum chunks and cabbage along with the above-mentioned spices. Saute on a low to medium high heat until crisp. Keep stirring it while keeping a watchful eye on it. Do not over cook. The crunch of the veggie must be retained. And finally also stir in the tomato paste.
Meanwhile, boil pasta al dente in enough water with salt and oil. Drain and keep aside. Do not over cook. Until they get boiled and drained, the vegetable mix is all ready.
Add cooked pasta to the pot with the vegetable mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot immediately. That’s it. Enjoy!
