There’s no need to order from a takeaway with our Beef Kofta Kebabs at home! We came up with these when we were rustling up a fakeaway doner kebab and we can promise…they are lush! We’ve swirled veg, herbs and spices into our reduced-fat minced beef mixture to keep things nice and light. Serve them with salad and a yoghurt dip for a proper feast!

We absolutely love a takeaway – that’s no secret! Our slimming-friendly version of a Beef Kofta Kebab has all of the flavour of the takeaway dish, without all of the extra calories you’d expect.
We’ve used our Big Green Egg BBQ to cook these Beef Kofta Kebabs because we think that nothing quite beats the smell of them cooking on hot coals. All those herbs and spices heating up, the sizzle, the spit of the coal… Yum! You could also cook these on a gas BBQ, but we just like that smokey-ness that you get with a charcoal BBQ.
It doesn’t have to be summertime for you to enjoy these Beef Kofta Kebabs! You can always cook them in the oven or even a griddle pan if you prefer so that you can enjoy them all year round. Serve with a beautiful fresh salad and a yoghurt dip!
