My 3-year-old loves doughnuts.

But fried doughnuts are high in calories, and I didn’t want to give them to her every day, so I came up with these doughnuts that are really low in sugar and butter.

Adults might find the flavor to be lacking, but if you have a sweet tooth, go ahead and put some jam on these. Recipe by Nekonokaasan

Preheat the oven to 180℃.

  • Add all ingredients except for the yogurt to a bowl and whisk. When it’s well blended, add the yogurt and mix until there are no more lumps.

  • Pour into the pan and smooth out the batter. Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes.

  • After the doughnuts cool, remove them from the pan. They should come out clean, but if you think they will stick to the pan, grease the pan with butter.
