Instead of buttery pastry that’s high in calories, we’ve used low calorie tortilla wraps baked in the oven to create mini, slimming friendly versions.
At just 114 calories each, these little turnovers have all the flavour, crunch and cheesy goodness of the bakery version, but they’ll fit in with whatever diet plan you’re following.
These are so versatile too! Experiment with the fillings and use whatever cheese you prefer, or add in vegetables like onion or mushroom. Just remember to adjust the calories accordingly.
We love these as a weekend breakfast but they taste great cold too so you can pack them up for lunches or picnics.
