Salmon filets – for this recipe I used raw salmon filets, but you can also use frozen salmon and let it defrost over night in the refrigerator.
Paleo Teriyaki Sauce – this recipes uses my homemade paleo teriyaki sauce recipe. If you don’t want to make a teriyaki sauce, you can use your favorite store bought brand.

Be sure not to overcook the salmon! Use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be 145F. For the most accurate reading, stick a thermometer into the thickest part of the salmon.
