I froze some of the mince and had it with a jacket potato and cheese… heavenly ?
Easy midweek meal with minimum effort and maximum flavour!
I have cooked this many times as it’s a quick flavoursome dinner. I’ve used dried herbs as well as fresh and would say fresh is far better. I’ve also used low fat salad cheese instead of feta and works equally as well.
