180 grams Shirataki noodles 1 piece Salted salmon (cooked) 1/2 tsp Sesame oil 1 tbsp ○ Sake 2 tsp ○ Mirin 1 tsp ○ Soy sauce Flake the salted salmon and remove the skin and bones. Cut up the shirataki noodles, put in a pan with water and bring to a boil, then drain. Put the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and stir fry the shirataki noodles and salmon.
