  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Mash banana and mix egg whites, baking powder, and oats in a bowl.

  • Spray a hot skillet with cooking spray.

  • For mini pancakes, use 1 tablespoon batter and cook both sides.
