วุ้นกะทิถั่วแดง2 teaspoons agar powder 1 cup water (250 ml) 2 tablespoons low-calorie sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup coconut milk (250 ml) 2 cups cooked red beans Prepare the equipment. Soak the agar powder in water for 20 minutes.
Boil the agar mixture until it thickens. Add sugar, salt, and coconut milk, stirring to combine.
Drain the red beans well.
Add the red beans to the agar mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Spoon the jelly and red beans into prepared cups, filling them almost to the top. Let the jelly set for 50 minutes before serving.
