3-Ingredient Cranberry Pomegranate Spread:
This 3-Ingredient Cranberry Pomegranate Spread is the perfect addition to crackers, crisps, muffins, breads, and a SPOON! It’s a family-favorite recipe that I love to snack on throughout the holidays! {Paleo or Vegan}
3-Ingredient Cranberry Pomegranate Spread epitomizes all that is good and right and well with the world. In fact, I totally planned to make this exclusively as a spread for meats. But once we grabbed our spoons, reality dawned on me. Sure, 3-Ingredient Cranberry Pomegranate Spread can just be a spread. But, honestly, who do we even think we are? This holiday concoction is, with a doubt, way more versatile.
And when I say versatile, I mean put a bowl of this out and let your guests just dig in. Serve it with crackers as an appetizer. Or serve it with a spoon as a side dish or mini salad. Use it as a topping for muffins, donuts, or breads. Mix it into ice cream, smoothies, shakes, and milk. The possibilities are all kinds of endless.
However, I’m not joking, Spiriteds, when I say you can serve your 3-Ingredient Cranberry Pomegranate Spread literally by itself with nothing more than a spoon. The agave nectar and finely-chopped cranberries are the perfect combo to pair with pomegranate arils. There’s no messing this recipe up.

Tips for your own tantalizing Cranberry Pomegranate Spread
- Use fresh cranberries and eliminate those that are soggy inside.
- If working with a fresh pomegranate, then cut the pomegranate into quarters and submerge each quarter in a bowl of water while removing the arils. Let the arils fall to the bottom of the bowl of water. Repeat with each quarter. The water will help separate the arils from the rind and membrane. Rinse the arils to separate them even further and drain the water. Transfer to the mixing bowl and combine with the cranberries.
- Give the mixture a shake or a stir before serving as the contents, including the fruit juices, like to settle.
