Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained

  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • 3 leaves green lettuce, rinsed and patted dry

  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Lay lettuce leaves out. Divide tuna mixture among the leaves, placing it in the middle of each leaf. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the tuna. Roll leaves up to create wraps.
