A nutricious low calorie soup full of flavor and vitamin C

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Sams choice bone broth (by JBONE822)
  • 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
  • 16 oz Juice V8 Low Sodium serving 12 oz.
  • 24 oz Pic Sweet Chopped Spinach – Frozen (by CALIGURL57)
  • 2 serving Ravioli, Kroger Frozen Cheese ravioli (9 pieces)

Instructions:

  1. Heat to a boil the bone broth, V8 juice, and water on stove top in a soup pot.
  2. Meanwhile defrost an entire 8 cup package of frozen spinach(24 oz) and drain in a colander or hand squeeze water out of it.
  3. Count out and place aside one half frozen lackGe of cheese ravioli for recipe. You may add more but this will change calorie count of recipe.
  4. Serving Size: Makes about 6 3 piece ravioli servings
