  • 1 package (18 1/2 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package (3 ounces) sugar-free low-calorie orange gelatin
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • zest of 1 orange
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 10″ tube pan with cooking spray.
    2. Step 2In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and gelatin. In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, oil, eggs, and orange zest. Add to the cake mixture and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes, or until thoroughly combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
    3. Step 3Bake for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a rack. When cool, invert onto a serving plate and dust lightly with confectioners’ sugar.
