Ingredients:
- 5.6 ounces unbleached all-purpose flour (about 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)

- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons ice water

- 3 center-cut bacon slices

- 2 cups packed baby spinach
