Ingredients:

  • * 2 slice sara lee® delightful bread
  • * 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • * basil leaf stem removed
  • * tomato slice

Instructions:

  1. Build your sandwich using a slice of mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
  2. Preheat non-stick skillet on medium.
  3. Drizzle ½ tablespoon olive oil in center of the skillet.
  4. Place sandwich in center of the pan.
  5. Cook until cheese is melted or until golden brown.
  6. Remove sandwich from pan.
  7. Drizzle remaining ½ tablespoon olive oil.
  8. Place sandwich back in the pan to brown opposite side.
