Ingredients:
- * 2 slice sara lee® delightful bread
- * 1 tablespoon olive oil
- * basil leaf stem removed
- * tomato slice
Instructions:
- Build your sandwich using a slice of mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
- Preheat non-stick skillet on medium.
- Drizzle ½ tablespoon olive oil in center of the skillet.
- Place sandwich in center of the pan.
- Cook until cheese is melted or until golden brown.
- Remove sandwich from pan.
- Drizzle remaining ½ tablespoon olive oil.
- Place sandwich back in the pan to brown opposite side.
