Healthy Grilled Corn on the Cob Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: I love to meal prep this healthy recipe! I make it ahead of time (often for dinner- then store the leftovers as meal prep dinners) and move to either individual meal prep containers, or family sized containers. Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer. Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
These 5 recipes for grilled corn on the cob in foil are all low in calories and healthy.
Try the basic corn recipe, or add ranch, taco, or Chimichurri flavoring to your seasoned grilled corn on the cob in foil recipes. All 5 recipes for foil wrapped corn on the grill are delicious and easy to make.
When using the additional seasonings I like to add butter and the additional seasoning. But you can cut more calories and fat and skip the butter all together.
