Chinese Salt & Pepper Chips Recipe Chinese Fakeaway

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you will know that I am a
massive fan of a
Fakeaway. A classic takeaway dish that you make yourself at home, which means it is
usually better for you as well.

I recently made a massive Chinese fakeaway platter, and these were so good
that they deserved a recipe all of their own!

Chinese Salt & Pepper Chips Recipe Chinese Fakeaway

Salt & Pepper chips are a Chinese takeaway classic, made with peppers,
onions, and Chinese Five spice.

Chinese Salt & Pepper Chips Recipe Chinese Fakeaway

This recipe is made by cooking the chips in the oven, but it would work just
as well with frozen oven chips, or even if you cooked them in an
air-friar.

I always recommend you taste the spice mix, then if you like it hotted you can
always add more chilli or spice!

I kept the skin on my chips to cook them, because I’m lazy, and they came out
just as well!
