Individual Servings – Brew the coffee and make the lattes as directed below in a jar with a lid- do not add ice. Place in the fridge for the next day. Then pour over ice, or add ice to the jar to serve.
Large Servings – Brew the coffee and mix together with sugar and vanilla extract. Add to a pitcher, and chill in the fridge. Pour into glasses filled with ice, top with almond milk and serve.
Storage
Fridge Storage – Cover and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Freezer Storage – Pour any leftover latte into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer and is great in lattes and smoothies.
This Low Calorie Iced Mocha is just 33 calories, and has just 0.1g of sugar thanks to my all-natural low calorie chocolate syrup!
You can even make this a blended mocha by adding the coffee, chocolate sauce, milk and ice to a blender. Just blend and pour for a 33 calorie blended mocha!
Special Tip: Almond milk (or coconut milk) whipped cream is available at most store either by the other whipped cream or in the natural refrigerated section. It’s super low in calories and tastes amazing on coffee drinks!
