Watermelon Water:

Watermelon Agua Fresca, also called watermelon water, is a cool, refreshing Mexican-style fruit drink made with fresh watermelon, cold water, lime juice, a little sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Lighter than watermelon juice and thinner than a smoothie, this easy blender drink is cool, fruity, and especially delicious on hot summer days.

Watermelon Agua Fresca is a variation of the refreshing fruit drinks often served in Mexican restaurants. “Agua fresca” translates to “fresh water” and is typically made by blending fruit with water, citrus juice, and a little sweetener.
