Life is too short for bland, boring chicken. This Keto Chicken Marinade has simple ingredients, and the payoff in flavor is more than worth the time. Whirl it up in the blender or mix it in a bowl, and prepare for your taste buds to do a little happy dance.
Chicken is such a staple at our house, and I am always looking for ways to keep things interesting. This Keto Chicken Marinade is super easy to make, and it is a great, easy way to pack a punch of flavor without a lot of effort.
We usually have a basic chicken dish at least once a week in our house, and I like to rotate this with my Keto Grilled Chicken and my Air Fryer Chicken.
All are ridiculously flavor-packed and always a hit at our house.
Ingredient Notes
Avocado Oil – Feel free to substitute another keto oil, but do be concious of the smoke point.
Coconut Aminos – Coconut aminos, which is made from the sap of coconut trees is a keto-friendly alternative to soy sauce. Most grocery stores carry it, and it is also available online.
Smoked Paprika – I am wild for Spanish smoked paprika. It is a bit spicy and adds a smoky kick to foods. Feel free to use regular paprika if you prefer.
How to Make Keto Chicken Marinade
Making chicken marinade is super-simple. Just mix the ingredients together and pour it over the chicken! Refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight.

Smoky Keto Chicken Marinade
This easy low carb and sugar free chicken marinade is one of the best ways I know to elevate chicken! Please note that though the nutritional information is believed to be accurate, most of the marinade isn’t actually consumed, so you won’t be adding this many calories/carbs to your diet.
