Step 1 – Gather ingredients.

With wet hands, form into four patties.
Step 4 – Cook
Cooked turkey burgers.
Grill, skillet, or oven-bake your turkey burgers on low broil for 6 minutes. They cook well on a non-stick, ridged grill pan or a George Foreman grill.
Carefully flip and cook 6 minutes more. Check the internal temperature. Burgers are done when they reach 165 degrees. Take care not to overcook so they stay moist and flavorful. Place on a baking dish and serve with condiments and toppings.
Time to dig in! These burgers are low in calories and fat yet full of flavor.
