  • 4 oz. slightly softened goat cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 12 pieces crostini
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • pepper

Directions

    1. Step 1In mini food processor, pulse goat cheese with lemon zest for 30 sec.
    2. Step 2Spread on crostini, drizzle with honey, and top with scallions, pomegranate seeds, and freshly ground black pepper.
