Sausage, egg, chips and pizza are all foods that remind us of greasy breakfasts and high fat takeaways. Not anymore! We’ve made some simple swaps and created a pizza that’s packed full of family favourite foods, but with far fewer calories.

If you’ve never used a tortilla wrap before, they’re amazing substitutes for dough and pastry. Don’t be put off if you’ve never tried it, they’re so versatile and lend themselves well to both savoury and sweet flavours.

You can even make Apple Strudels with them!

In this recipe, it stays firm enough to hold like a pizza slice, but soft enough that it satisfies the pizza dough craving, which is just what you need for Fakeaway night!

Don’t be tempted to skip the par boiling and drying steps for the chips: this makes them fluffy on the inside and crispy, golden brown on the outside. Serve alongside your favourite sides for a filling, easy dinner in less than an hour.
