2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 2 oranges
¼ cup chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce (or Tamari)
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons fresh ginger
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Meal Prep: This makes a great meal prep dinner! Make the chicken ahead of time, add to a meal prep container along with some cooked rice (or cauliflower rice) and some broccoli or green beans and store for later. When you reheat the dish the veggies will steam in the container! Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month. Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes.
