Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, combine all the peanut butter granola ingredients, and mix well.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring twice, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and leave uncovered on the countertop overnight to crisp up. Then store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
