Wash and chop rhubarb into inch size pieces and add to saucepan

  • Add the orange zest and juice to the pan

  • Add the water and bring to the boil. Gently simmer 5-8 minutes

  • Once cooked, serve with vanilla frozen yoghurt. Add sprinkle of table sugar to taste if required
