Who doesn’t love a BLT? In this Mexican-inspired version, we’ve added chicken and avocado and wrapped it in a tortilla, making it easy to eat.

Ingredients
1100-calorie cupguacamole
18-inchlow-carb whole-wheat tortilla
⅔cupbaby spinach leaves
2ouncescooked chicken breast, shredded (1/2cup)
4cherry tomatoes, halved
1slicelower sodium less-fat bacon, cooked and drained
½cupgrapes
Directions
Spread guacamole on tortilla. Top with spinach, chicken, tomatoes, and bacon. Roll up. Serve with grapes.
