Ingredients

  • 1 100-calorie cup guacamole

  • 1 8-inch low-carb whole-wheat tortilla

  • cup baby spinach leaves

  • 2 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded (1/2 cup)

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 slice lower sodium less-fat bacon, cooked and drained

  • ½ cup grapes

Directions

  1. Spread guacamole on tortilla. Top with spinach, chicken, tomatoes, and bacon. Roll up. Serve with grapes.
