So good, I did tweak it quite a bit tho lol. Here’s my version of it: 4 bananas, 1 tablespoon apple sauce, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons rice milk (I’m dairy free, but normal milk will work the same) salt to taste, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup white flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. It fills one normal size loaf pan, and I feel so guilt free eating it!
