Everyday Low Calorie Mint Pesto:

Ingredients:

  • * 1 bunch cilantro
  • * 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • * 1/2 small onion
  • * 6 clove garlic
  • * 1 tb fresh ginger
  • * 1 jalepeno pepper the more seed you take out, the less heat
  • * 2 tb lemon juice
  • * 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Place everything in the blender until smooth.
  2. Chill in fridge for up to one week. Make double and freeze.
