Ingredients:
- * 2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- * 2 chopped roma tomato
- * 1/4 cup chopped strawberry
- * 1/4 cup chopped papaya
- * 1/4 cup chopped cantaloupe
- * 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- * 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- * 1 large sweet potato baked, cooled then chopped into bite sized
- piece
- * 3 hard boiled egg sliced or chopped
- * 8 slice roasted turkey breast chopped
- * for the dressing:
- * 1 tbsp evoo
- * 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- * pinch of kosher salt
- * pepper, to taste
- * 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
